About Kaia.

Kaia is a fashion researcher and writer, with a Master’s degree in Fashion Studies from Parsons School of Design, and a Bachelor’s degree in Translation from Nankai University. Kaia’s research focuses on decentralizing and decolonizing fashion, as well as challenging dichotomies and binary oppositions in fashion and cultural studies, with a special interest in China fashion and culture. Her works are dedicated to exploring the intricacies of Chinese fashion and the fashion choices of Chinese people, delving into cultural differences and market dynamics.
